  1. RUSSIA  - Passport and visa required.  Tourist visa, no charge, requires 1
  2. application form, 3 photos, confirmation from tourist agency in the
  3. Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and processing fee (visa
  4. processing fee is $20 for 2 weeks, $30 for one week, and $60 for three days
  5. processing time).  Business visa requires 1 application, 3 photos, and
  6. letter of invitation from a CIS company.  Multiple-entry business visa $120
  7. plus processing fee.  Fee paid by money order or company check only.   AIDS
  8. test required for anyone staying over 3 months; U.S. test accepted.  For
